What condition are the laptops in?

We offer a range of laptops in the following conditions:
- New – factory sealed with full manufacturer warranty.
- Refurbished – professionally restored to full functionality, may show minor cosmetic wear.
- Used / Open Box – fully tested, includes actual photos when applicable.

Do refurbished laptops come with a warranty?

Yes. All refurbished laptops come with a 90-day limited hardware warranty.

Is battery life covered under warranty?

Refurbished laptops are guaranteed to hold at least 70% of their original capacity. Battery wear is expected and is covered only below that threshold.

Do new laptops come with a manufacturer’s warranty?

Yes. New laptops include the original manufacturer warranty, typically for one year or more.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

How do I request a return?

Please submit a support request to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Who pays for return shipping?

- If the issue is covered under warranty, we cover return shipping.
- If not (accidental damage, change of mind), the customer is responsible.

What happens if the issue is not covered?

After inspection, if damage or no defect is found, the customer will be invoiced for diagnostics and return shipping. The item will be shipped back upon payment.

What’s covered under the 90-day warranty for refurbished products?

Covered: Internal hardware failures (motherboard, screen, etc.).
Not Covered: Cosmetic damage, accidental drops, spills, battery degradation beyond 70%, or software issues.

How do I file a warranty claim?
